Thanks for Tuning In

Over the last few months, Mark Driscoll has walked through the Doctrine series with Mars Hill Church and a global audience. Beginning with the Trinity and ending with the Kingdom, he’s covered a lot of ground over the course of thirteen weeks.
On behalf of Mark, myself, and the other pastors of Mars Hill, thanks for your participation in this series. We especially appreciate the many encouraging notes that many of you have sent along the way.
From Puerto Rico to New Hampshire to New Zealand, and of course, Seattle, it’s amazing to see God using the raw doctrine of his Word to effect profound change in the hearts of his people around the world (I hope to share some of these stories here on this blog—how has Jesus changed you?).
I also want to publicly thank Pastor Mark for his faithfulness and hard work in using his gifts to the glory of God and the betterment of all of us. He has diligently applied meaty truth in a way that even a dumb guy from Montana like me could understand.
In all seriousness, with the Doctrine series, a lasting resource for both our church and the greater Church has been created, and we’re happy to give it away as far and wide as we can; I’m grateful that our preaching pastor has provided such a rich gift.
And one final thanks, this one for the body of Mars Hill, who fund our websites and the resources we’re able to give away for free. All of this is paid for from our budget and the giving of our people—and a few online participants who have benefited from our ministry.
Thank you, church! Praise Jesus for his provision.
